Luke 15.1-3,11b-32Towards Jerusalem Week 5 of 7
Luke describes Jesus setting his face to Jerusalem. Over seven weeks we travel with Jesus on his journey from the Mount of Transfiguration to the glory of the cross.
Testing times
This week we retell a well-known parable of Jesus that is about generous, forgiving love and consider how we might respond to it.
This week's reading, Luke 15.1-3,11b-32, provides us with an opportunity to:
- recognise that God goes beyond fairness (AAA & CYP)
- see supreme generosity (AAA & CYP)
- identify the risk of grace. (AAA & CYP).
