Luke 4.14-21Beyond the boundaries - Week 4 of 5
Five weeks in which we see that the invitation to participate in God’s great work is extended to everyone.
Called to action
This week Jesus reads the words of the prophet Isaiah in the synagogue in Nazareth.
This week's reading, Luke 4.14-21, provides us with an opportunity to:
- learn about being called to read in a synagogue (AAA & CYP)
- consider the actions that reflect God’s good news for the poor in today’s world (AAA & CYP)
- reflect on right relationships within our communities and our families (AAA & CYP).
These resources were first published in Issue 63 January/February 2013.
