Easter 4
Acts 9.36-43Seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary - Week 4 of 8
Eight weeks in which we find in the Acts of the Apostles Luke’s understanding of what it means to encounter the risen Christ.
Staying for some time
This week an extraordinary event occurs in an ordinary house when Peter raises Dorcas.
This week's reading, Acts 9.36-43, provides us with an opportunity to:
- explore the idea of the ordinary and the extraordinary (AAA & CYP)
- appreciate the impact of ordinary things done with love (AAA & CYP)
- consider what it means to be part of community (AAA & CYP).
These resources were first published in Issue 64 March/April 2013.
