John 12.1-8Towards Jerusalem Week 6 of 7
Luke describes Jesus setting his face to Jerusalem. Over seven weeks we travel with Jesus on his journey from the Mount of Transfiguration to the glory of the cross.
Too extravagant?
Today, as we explore what happens in John 12.1-8, when Jesus goes to visit some friends, we consider how we might respond to Jesus as a friend and what we might do for our friends.
This week's reading, John 12.1-8, provides us with an opportunity to:
- think about how we say goodbye (AAA & CYP)
- consider how we cope in a world of excess. (AAA & CYP).
