Creative ideas to mark the season for youth groups or families together
‘Epiphany’ comes from the Greek for ‘manifestation’ or ‘appearance’. On the Feast of the Epiphany (6 January), we remember the visit of the magi to the infant Christ (Matthew 2:1-12). The magi came from the east and were Gentiles. They come in fulfilment of the Old Testament prophecies that indicated the Messiah would be known by all nations.
