Unlike Mothering Sunday, Father’s Day is not part of the church calendar. But marking it and putting on some special activities give us an opportunity to invite those who might not normally come to church, but who you might be in contact with through a school, Messy Church or other community activity. Many of the activities could be held outside your building or even in another local space, such as a park.
