This week it is the Psalm that guides our thoughts on wisdom and foolishness, challenging us to trust God in the most unpromising situations.
Common thread: Wise or foolish trust? (Psalm 27.1,4-9)
Psalm 27 represents an affirmation of not being afraid by someone who actually is afraid. This is an all-too-common human circumstance. Today we explore what helps us to trust, how we learn to trust and how to decide when it is wise and when it is foolish to invest our trust in someone or something.
An alternative thread for adults, Grace and peace from God, is based on 1 Corinthians 1.10-18.
