Matthew 13.24-30,36-43Context
We continue exploring parables ‘of the kingdom’. Today’s parable of the wheat and the weeds invites us to consider how patient God is in his dealings with his people.
Common thread (Matthew 13.24-30,36-43)
In today’s readings we are reminded that, just as the farmer allowed the weeds to grow alongside the wheat, so we are also called to live without judging other people – God alone can both understand and judge all things.
