Matthew 2.1-12Beyond the boundaries - Week 1 of 5
Five weeks in which we see that the invitation to participate in God’s great work is extended to everyone.
Wise before the event
This week we explore Matthew’s story about the birth of Jesus, encountering Magi, gifts and wisdom.
This week's reading, Matthew 2.1-12, provides us with an opportunity to:
- appreciate the varied nature of story and its relevance to us (AAA & CYP)
- recognise the reflective voice of Matthew (in the year of Luke) (AAA & CYP)
- reflect on where we find our wisdom (AAA & CYP).
These resources were first published in Issue 63 January/February 2013.
