Security in turmoil
Luke’s story moves on apace and the shadow of the cross looms large over Jesus in Jerusalem. The destruction of the Temple is foretold and other menacing signs emerge.
This week’s reading, Luke 21.5-19, provides an opportunity to:
- reflect on living creatively under suffering (AAA & CYP)
- ask in what we place our trust (AAA & CYP)
- consider what distracts us. (AAA & CYP)
